With the founding of the German Republic in 1919, a new Reichskriegsflagge was ordered. The imperial colors black, white and red should be preserved. After several drafts, in 1921 the final version was decided on with the imperial colors black-red-yellow in the top left corner and the iron cross in the middle. With dimensions of 90 x 150 cm, the flag impresses with its special quality and durability. The material is made of 100% sturdy polyester fabric that withstands wind and weather for a long time.
